Visual Positioning Speaker:

Equipped with a 5-megapixel gigabit global camera with an ultra-high resolution of 2448×2048, and industrial-grade image processing algorithms. 10ms ultra-fast response and ±0.01mm ultra-high positioning accuracy ensure that the three-axis robot can accurately grasp the speaker and place it precisely at the dispensing position.

Automatic Speaker Grabbing and Placement from Assembly Line:

Driven by a magnetic levitation linear motor, with zero backlash, rapid action response, and excellent positioning accuracy. Linear motor coordinated control ensures smooth and precise material loading and unloading, perfectly adapting to the dispensing head, ensuring smooth process flow and effectively improving production efficiency.
