Three-Axis Linear Motor Robotic Arm
Utilizing a magnetic levitation transmission structure, it achieves high-speed, three-axis linkage motion with no mechanical friction or component wear, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation and noise levels below 60dB, suitable for quiet workshops. Deeply integrated with the vision system, it dynamically compensates for workpiece offset, ensuring precise and consistent dispensing position, trajectory, and glue quantity from the transmission end.
Precise Dispensing Control
Precision dispensing valves control various viscosity types of adhesives, including AB glue, water-based damping glue, and epoxy glue, providing high glue dispensing accuracy and fast response speed, adapting to stable output of different viscosity adhesives. Achieve fully automated control of the entire process from “visual positioning – dynamic tracking – precise dispensing,” eliminating glue overflow, stringing, and glue breakage. Closed-loop glue control ensures a dispensing volume error of <0.5%.
